FEATURING
front: National Coat of Arms

The emblem is an image of shanyrak, the upper dome-like portion of a yurt, against a sky blue background which irradiates (in the form of sun rays) uyks (supports) set off by wings of mythical horses, inspired by Tulpar which represent bravery. The circle shape of the Emblem is a symbol of a life and eternity. The shanyrak symbolizes well-being of family, peace and calmness.

Tulpar is a winged or swift horse in Turkic mythology (for example, Kazakh and Tatar mythology), corresponding to Pegasus.

Tulpar came to be to the nature of the people in Central Asia: focused around a hunting life. The people hunted with horses, with the company of a bird of prey. These two animals, with the human imagination, formed into one creating the winged horse known as Tulpar.
